We can not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges unless you received the wrong item or your purchase has a defect in quality or was damaged in shipping.

Take photos of the incorrect/damaged products you received and any damages to the packaging they arrived in.

We will either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them to your shipping address.
